The Eliza, which is nearing completion in Elizabeth Street, is turning heads from Sydney to Shanghai. Also on offer is the three-storey penthouse on levels 15, 16 and 17, which has hopes of $15 millionThis will feature a rooftop infinity-edge pool, limestone paving, hardwood timber decking, a landscaped garden, and even an outdoor kitchen.
Tallest Residential Block in Sydney
The southern end of Sydney's CBD is about to get an additional 400-plus new apartments in a tower billed as the tallest residential block in the city. The project will be developed by Chinese company Greenland Group, which has lodged plans for a $600 million development of a 240-metre apartment building. It will be located at 115 Bathurst Street on the former Sydney Water Board site.
